Smoking
Here are some things to consider doing. Some items may not be applicable to you.
If you smoke:
- Try to quit
- Consider that not drinking alcohol for at least 6 months after quitting smoking might make quitting smoking easier
- Only smoke in places where you don’t bother other people
After smoking:
- Douse the butt(s) with water
If you don’t smoke:
- Don’t start
- Avoid second-hand smoke
