• Install a faucet aerator – to save water

Plastic shower curtains:

Before installing:

• Soak in salt water – helps prevent mildew

Before stepping into the shower:

• Ensure you have the following readily available:

  • Towel
  • Wash cloth
  • Soap
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner

• Determine how slippery the bottom/floor of the shower is

During your shower:

• Limit volume of water as feasible to save water to reduce excess spraying around shower
• Avoid stepping around too much – to help avoid falling
• Don’t scrub too much
