Complaints
If you want to complain:
- Keep your cool
- Take notes, e.g., who you talk to, when you talk to them, what they say
- Do research
- Write a detailed, calm letter to someone high up in the responsible company or organization
When someone says they can’t help you:
- Politely thank them for their help
- Ask who above them (e.g., a manager) you can talk to try to solve the problem
