- Buy only from reputable stores
- Buy only from authorized dealers
- Get the ID number off the cell phone
- Call the service provider or manufacturer, give them the ID number and confirm that the cell phone is not stolen
Using cell phone:
- Minimize use • to reduce risk of brain cancer
After using cell phone:
- Turn it off • to help keep criminals from obtaining your phone’s code and charging calls to your account
