Christmas

  • Limit your expectations for the holiday season
  • Be realistic for what you expect to experience and receive, and, for what you want others to experience and receive during the holidays
  • Maintain a regular exericse routine

Tree:

  • Consider buying an artificial tree – less harm to the environment

If you’re going to buy a real tree:

  • Take leather gloves – to protect your hands from sap, needles, bark
