According to a study by a drug company (Eli Lilly), erectile dysfunction drugs Cialis (tadalafil) and Viagra (sildenafil) don’t appear to damage vision in men who took the medications daily for six months
Before:

- Avoid having sex with anyone you don’t know very well they may be more likely to have a sexually-transmitted disease, e.g., HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea
- Take precautions against unwanted pregnancy and diseases, e.g.:
- Condoms
- Birth control pills
- Diaphragm
